Opportunities for graduates

Have you recently graduated or about to? Are you interested in a challenging and rewarding career where you can see your impact across the world?

We largely recruit students in engineering and IT. Our Trainee program is an 18 month-long series of rotations where you’ll have the chance to move between business areas and geographies to understand our business and where you want to take your career. You can also join us in a graduate position, taking on a full-time role and being a part of one of our exciting and expert teams from day one.

You can find out more information about both options via our job applications.

Opportunities for fourth year Masters students

Elevate your skills and shape your future with us by joining our summer project, where you’ll collaborate with a diverse and expert team to design and deliver real-world solutions.

Each year we gather students from different backgrounds and academic focuses to work on a project for six weeks from June to August. These projects tackle challenges within the maritime and energy sector to safeguard life, property and the environment. If you want to put your knowledge to work in an exciting commercial environment where you can make a meaningful difference, this could be for you.
