And at DNV you work very closely with the people in the management positions, so you have the chance to learn from some very smart, knowledgeable people. And you also get the opportunity from day one onwards to work in important projects, get your own tasks, get your own responsibilities. I feel like people trust me. So, I get my task, I'm supposed to finish those. There's not so much micromanagement, so yeah, that's great. And of course, I feel here people are very helpful. Like whenever I have a question, I have a lot of those, when I work, like people always either they have time for you directly or they're going to make some time later to explain you how things work, where you can get information from, all those things.
