I'm proud of the people that I lead. They are so supportive of each other in terms of delivering the work that we do. The adaptability they face and overcoming the challenges of that and know they're engaged by that. They're enthusiastic and that's what really drives them on. I'm proud with the interaction that we have with the people and feel that we are actually helping them and doing something for them. I feel a lot of achievement especially when I'm able to deliver a project successfully especially like I helps the client to resolve their issues and I feel like this is something that I feel very proud of and very happy. I work with an incredibly smart group of people. I've got people who are engineers my background people have done PhDs. So very proud to be part of such a smart team. I think I'm most proud of the responsibilities I'm given to. I'm probably most proud of the way that I learned to work with others in my team. It's a main focus of DNV that we work together as a group. I know I will be part of something much bigger. I'm proud of that I can be part of changes that gives our customers better results. I can make a contribution to the industry through what I do. The thing I'm most proud of is that we're providing that extra layer of almost safety for the customer. This makes what we're doing every day extremely rewarding and extremely interesting.
