So I'm Dr Namrata. As a doctor, I evaluate the clinical part of the technical documentation. I make it sure the device is safe for the patient use, exactly as expected. Talking to many people, starting from manufacturers to the customers, to understand their views and then finally going for the reviewers who are going to give us certification. There is collaboration with the teams across the globe. I think that has made my journey very interesting and challenging as well sometimes. I'm at the heart of DNV because DNV cares for every employee. When I joined DNV, I was reading about the values of DNV: we care, we share, we dare. So over the journey of my three years, actually I have experienced that. Culture is same. It starts from the higher management to my colleague and even my subordinates. Everybody cares in a different way. So this is one of the few organizations where I can dare to speak what I think, and everybody is open to your new ideas. You can approach higher management anytime you want. Learning new skills, embarking on new journeys, and along with that evolving personally as a better human. And that makes me feel proud. I want to grow old with DNV. That's the most important thing for me.
