[0:19] human use. as we contribute to DMV's quality assurance making sure we add

[0:25] value to society that is what we do by daily ensuring that we get the correct documentations

[0:34] we get the correct production process my day-to-day job involves doing fish health visits that means that I go out

[0:41]to facilities with fish and I try to figure out what is the fish health state of the facility I also O try to help our

[0:51] customers make good decisions based on knowledge but also experience.

[0:59] So this is one of the few organizations where I can dare to speak what I think and everybody is open to your new ideas.

[1:08] You can approach hire management anytime you want. My ideas since I joined have been

[1:16] implemented and that excitement of it's going to happen keeps me going every day. I dare

[1:24] to make changes. I dare to suggest ideas and I dare to implement them as well.

[1:30] I always feel valuable. My inputs always feel valuable. I can express myself without any fear. So I think it gives me

[1:38] a great confidence and being um working here at DMV.

[1:43] We have countless e-learning platforms where you can learn different topics, different subjects to help you improve

[1:51] and understand better your daily work.

[1:56] I feel really proud to be a part of G&B because it's not a job. It's a big responsibility we carry. The fjords

[2:04] where the aquaculture production is being held is only ours to borrow and we need to ensure that the aquaculture

[2:12] production is happening in a sustainable manner so that the upcoming generations can also use the fjords for their purposes.

[2:21] I have an incredible support base from colleagues and from manager and I also feel appreciated. That's why I love

[2:29] working at the end. learning new skill, embarking new journey along with that evolving personally as a better human

[2:37] and that makes me feel proud. I want to grow old with the DNV. That's the most important thing for

So I'm Dr Namrata. As a doctor, I evaluate the clinical part of the technical documentation. I make it sure the device is safe for the patient use, exactly as expected. Talking to many people, starting from manufacturers to the customers, to understand their views and then finally going for the reviewers who are going to give us certification. There is collaboration with the teams across the globe. I think that has made my journey very interesting and challenging as well sometimes. I'm at the heart of DNV because DNV cares for every employee. When I joined DNV, I was reading about the values of DNV: we care, we share, we dare. So over the journey of my three years, actually I have experienced that. Culture is same. It starts from the higher management to my colleague and even my subordinates. Everybody cares in a different way. So this is one of the few organizations where I can dare to speak what I think, and everybody is open to your new ideas. You can approach higher management anytime you want. Learning new skills, embarking on new journeys, and along with that evolving personally as a better human. And that makes me feel proud.
