My ideas since I joined have been implemented, and I can see the results of these, even though I have been here within a short time, less than a year. This keeps me going every day. In one year, I have learned so much, that my manager tells me he feels I have been in the company for about two to three years already. That is because you will be challenged to learn. We have countless e-learning platforms where you can learn different topics, different subjects, to help you improve and understand better your daily work. In less than four months when I joined the company, I told my manager we need to automate some processes. So among the values, I think my favourite will be daring. I dare to make changes, I dare to suggest ideas, and I dare to implement them as well. Two reasons why I love working with DNV is that I have an incredible support base from both colleagues and from my line manager. And in addition to that, we also have the chance to implement new things. That's why I love working at DNV.
