I feel really proud to be a part of DNV because it's not a job, it's a big responsibility we carry where we say yes to these medical device approvals. When I went to the hospital for my father's hip replacement surgery and whatever the devices the doctors or surgeons are using, they are certified by us and it was a great, proud moment for me. And I see that the job we do, it's actually making great impact on patients' life and safety. The best part of the job is great work-life balance. And we all feel equal. I feel equal. I always feel valuable. My inputs always feel valuable. And I can express myself without any fear. So I think it gives me a great confidence and being working here at DNV, we have a motto that we share, we care, and we dare. So I guess the balance between three DNV has maintained that balance throughout these many years. One of the most things which I enjoy is sitting at the beach, which is very near to the campus. And then we have various sports activities around the campus. At DNV, we have a cafeteria. The people who prepare the food, they prepare the food with a lot of love and care. They make sure that we eat healthy, to stay healthy and to work healthy.
