Ravi - Head of Global Finance Project Administration

In all my previous roles in my previous organizations I have mostly been into leadership experience, but what I lacked was basically doing set-ups from scratch. This is where DNV gave me a lot of help, where my first role, which was in Global Shared Services, where I was heading the Accounts Payable department. I was the first employee and by the time I moved from there it was a team of forty employees. And what was really good was one of my team leaders she basically replaced me in my role, which I was so happy to see. But in my new role as well, when I started it was a team of four employees, but as we speak, we have now grown to twenty-nine employees. So, all in all in DNV so far I got two opportunities where I’ve done set-ups from scratch, which gives me a lot of exposure and professional development as well, which I’m really glad about.
