Throughout her career, Jung Eun has moved across several departments before finding her place in Global Shared Services Finance. Each transition shaped her in new ways, strengthening the professional she is today. Whether setting up a new training initiative abroad, contributing to major people-related improvements, or supporting the rollout of financial tools, she has always been driven by a desire to collaborate, improve, and seize the opportunities to learn and grow.

Putting people at the heart of it

Jung Eun knows how to make others feel at the heart of it. “What makes my work meaningful is knowing I’ve made someone’s day a little easier or better. When someone sincerely says “thank you,”  it makes me feel valued and appreciated,” she says. Those moments when she can be part of an improvements and changes that help her team succeed give her energy and motivation, inspiring her to keep learning and growing beyond her formal responsibilities.

A supportive culture that makes growth possible

“DNV really care for its people and this has been extremely important for me. It has allowed me to continue growing professionally while getting married and raising two children,” says Jung Eun. This supportive culture has given her stability, confidence, and the space to be present both at work and at home.
