Tadeusz - Senior Analytics Solution Developer

In my role, I'm mainly focused on processing the data. One of the most interesting projects I've been here in DNV was about the processing big amounts of data related to ship movement. I really feel that we are safeguarding life, property and environment. I mean, we bring the data for smart people, for analytics and other domain experts that are getting this data and taking real insights and can just say, what's the real state of the current topic that we are working on. We are focusing on safeguarding life, property in an environment and it's like I have this feeling what we are doing is giving something back to the world. So the culture in DNV is really supportive. You have your freedom and you have great colleagues across different countries that are very often really eager to help you, to support, find time for you. DNV is really helping me in growing and getting better. I had an opportunity to take part in the industrial PhD and I really had great support from my managers to just focus on bringing innovation into the company. DNV supports my work-life balance by allowing me to be flexible in my work. Also, we have some special programmes with helping with mental health or giving mental health support, also sport activities and people here are also really taking care of each other.
