At DNV, I'm very grateful for the opportunity to be seconded to the Global Communications team at Norway. It broadened my horizons, really, working with the local Norwegian team and other global colleagues. It really opened up my eyes to how culturally different we are in Asia and how much we can benefit from exposing ourselves with different working cultures. Yeah, that is the magic of a journey within a multinational company like DNV, where you learn and you bring it back and help other people progress together with you.
