Regardless of the grade that you have or the title, you can bring up any opinion and you will be heard. So that's the thing that I like. The managers do not look at you as a support staff or even a manager. You can bring up ideas, brainstorm together, and if it works, you'll be implemented. So that was one of the great concepts that we have at DNV.
