Looking back at all my years in DNV, I can really say that there's an ocean of opportunities. And I think that those opportunities might show up in different shapes and forms. What is important is that we are open-minded and that we not only focus on growing upwards, there are horizontal moves that can really add you a lot of value as long as in each position you learn something new that you can take with you and then be ready to contribute in the next role.
