I've been working in DNV for close to 12 years. I've had probably six or seven different jobs, meaning that every time the learning curve is so steep. But the great thing is that people actually trust that you will deliver. Going through that period where you just see such a steep learning curve, you're working very closely with a mentor who's been through this before you. It really helps you accelerate your learning, accelerate your progress.
