About the role

Join DNV Publishing House – shape the future of technical publishing

The DNV Publishing House plays a vital role in supporting all business areas across the DNV organization. We develop and maintain rules and standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence in document processing and publishing.

We are looking for a Document Production Manager to lead our document production team and oversee the end-to-end publication process. This is a key role in strengthening DNV’s digital presence and enhancing the quality of our technical documentation. You’ll work with advanced systems and contribute to the development of innovative tools and services.

You’ll join a dedicated team of six professionals managing a portfolio of around 1,000 documents that support a wide range of technologies and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the document production and coordinate the team’s work.

  • Manage and optimize publication workflows, ensuring compliance with internal standards.

  • Conduct quality assurance, proofreading, and facilitate approval meetings.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the organization.

  • Drive digitalization initiatives and contribute to the development of publishing tools and services.
