[00:03] So the company I left for was a production company that was installing the solar panels.

[00:07] The experience was interesting at the same time as difficult.

[00:13] During that experience, I texted my manager that I'm not that happy with the job because he was showing an interest, during my time away from DNV about my future and my career, which was really nice of him.

[00:27] And I was not having high hopes that he will get back to me. But actually he got and he said that, there's a spot in the team for me if I want to get back.

[00:36] You know, I was feeling that the company that I went for was not really relieving the values that they originally said that they are. And people put a person in the center of attention.

[00:48] And this experience made me realize that we should not take that for granted.

[00:52] The whole experience that I just am telling about it made me feel at the heart of it simply because I felt the care and the interest in me as a person, not only as an employee or a resource.

[01:04] And basically whenever I do a project and whenever I start any new initiative and I get this nice thank you, or I get a small appreciation you know, email that, it makes me feel at the heart of it because I am a heart of it.

[01:24] One of the great opportunities I see in DNV is a chance to explore different work areas. And when I reflect on my decision in 2020 to leave, I think I made it prematurely and I didn't see the bigger picture.

[01:37] I think there is a great variety of opportunities in DNV outside of our normal career path. Some time ago I envisioned my future as developing further in different financial roles and finance areas, and now I'm thinking more out of the box.

[01:52] And this gives me also joy that learning through GSS operations, getting myself involved in different projects and having an open mind, and that there is more than just the finance career and this is the place to grow in different areas.

[02:09] If you're interested in, I would say don't be afraid. In DNV, we care and we think about the person and not about the job.
