About the role

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture
Play a key role in defining and delivering strategic initiatives for M365, Azure, and Copilot.
Steer the development of reference M365 and AI architectures and enforce governance.
Align GSS IT’s AI strategy with enterprise standards and roadmap.

GenAI Platform & Copilot
Co-own RAG service (Azure OpenAI + AI Search) with safe grounding and reuse.
Play a key role in delivering Copilot extensions and AI utilisation: plugins, Graph Connectors, Teams, CoPilot Studio and CoPilot Agents.

M365 Governance
Contribute to enterprise M365 architecture group.
Implement lifecycle policies, access reviews, and Copilot readiness.
Reduce audit findings and optimize license/storage costs.

Collaboration 365 tool
Own roadmap, backlog, and releases.
Automate provisioning with .NET, Graph, PowerShell.
Operate CI/CD (Azure DevOps), telemetry (App Insights/KQL).

Azure Infrastructure
Standardise subscriptions, RBAC, and deployment pipelines.
Ensure security, compliance (ISO/GDPR), and cost control.

Project Delivery
Manage end-to-end delivery: design → rollout.
Run weekly routines, report to IT/Security/Finance.
Plan safe releases with rollback and incident playbooks.

Engagement & Adoption
Mentor GSS IT’s junior developers and share knowledge.
Promote adoption with documentation and usage targets.

What You Bring
Full-stack dev (.NET/Node.js, React, SPFx, SQL/Cosmos, APIs, CI/CD).
Azure DevOps, Scrum and cloud management.
Real-world experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and Copilot extensibility.
Strong planning, estimation, and reporting skills.
Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Web and Collaborations, known as Webteam, provides global support and training, for common Digital tools, to DNV users globally.  
  We assist DNV colleagues to work more efficiently through various collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Project Online, Yammer and other applications in Office 365 suite. In addition to that we do maintenance and support of DNV Internet, DNV Intranet, DNV Search, Webhosting (one.dnvgl.com and projects.dnvgl.com), Google Analytics, Secure File Transfer, SSL, Azure App Service, TEA (Time, Expenses and Absence desktop application), Wiki, InTune and more. 

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team for Microsoft 365 developer and expert role to help enhance and maintain our custom applications within Office365. Main areas include programming and scripting towards Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and our in-house self-service collaborationwizard.
