About the role

Unser Energy Storage Team für Nordeuropa erweitert seine Präsenz in Deutschland. Wir laden dich ein, die Energiewende aktiv mitzugestalten und Teil unseres Teams in diesem spannenden und schnell wachsenden Markt zu werden.

Wir bieten Beratungsleistungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus von großtechnischen BESS-Projekten und -Systemen an – einschließlich Machbarkeitsstudien, Betriebsdienstleistungen und Risikobewertungen. Unsere Kundschaft besteht aus Entwickler:innen, Investor:innen, Lieferant:innen und Behörden.

In dieser Rolle trägst du Verantwortung für unsere Aktivitäten im Bereich Energiespeicher – sowohl als Spezialist:in, der/ die praktische Aufgaben übernimmt und den Vertrieb vorantreibt, als auch in der Projektleitung und Beratung. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kolleg:innen für Energiespeicher – sowohl lokal als auch international – sowie mit DNV-Fachkräften aus anderen Bereichen zusammen, um Projekte in Deutschland und Europa aufzusetzen und durchzuführen.

Als Senior Consultant Energy Storage wirst du den Großteil deiner Zeit (60 - 70%) mit der Leitung und Arbeit an interdisziplinären technischen Beratungsprojekten verbringen. Zu den technischen Themen gehören die Identifizierung von Risiken und möglichen Gegenmaßnahmen für BESS-Projekte, Design-Reviews und/oder Sicherheits- und Compliance-Prüfungen. Die verbleibende Zeit wirst du damit verbringen, das Geschäft im Bereich Energiespeicher in Deutschland und darüber hinaus weiterzuentwickeln. Du wirst die Entwicklungen auf dem Energiespeichermarkt in Deutschland und im Ausland beobachten und das Team bei strategischen Entscheidungen unterstützen sowie dabei helfen, unsere Arbeitsweise kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Aufgaben, die du in deiner Rolle als Senior Consultant Energy Storage erwarten kannst:

  • Durchführung von Beratungs- und Ingenieurprojekten im Bereich Energiespeichersysteme, einschließlich Business Case-Bewertungen, technischer Due Diligence, Owner’s Engineering, Sicherheits- und Design-Reviews und/oder Schulungen
  • Eigenständige Akquise von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit Fokus auf Deutschland, Erstellung von Angeboten und Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Leitung von kleineren und größeren Projekten innerhalb und über internationale Teams hinweg
  • Präsentation der DNV-Dienstleistungen bei Kund:innengesprächen und Veranstaltungen
  • Mit Begeisterung die Mission und Vision von DNV vorantreiben!

About you
  • Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik, nachhaltiger Energietechnologie oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Bevorzugt 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Energiesektor oder verwandten Technologien, insbesondere in Deutschland
  • Bevorzugt 3+ Jahre Erfahrung mit netzskalierbaren Energiespeichersystemen/-anwendungen/-vorschriften
  • Fortgeschrittene Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und Verständnis für Energiespeicher in Übertragungs- und Verteilungssystemen
  • Starke analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Reisen
