To succeed in this role you will be expected to manage our growing portfolio of customers in the management certification business and develop new business. Responsible for your own sales budget you will manage some Key Accounts and be targeted on finding new ones. In this position you will manage negotiations and renegotiations of contracts with our customers.

Your main responsibilities are to:

• Grow and keep own sales pipeline for all customer segments;
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns;
• Call our existing customers and keep the relation warm;
• Form a strong pipeline of opportunities entered in CRM and up-to-date with respect to both close dates, probabilities and values;
• Calculate and prepare quotes;
• Proactively call prospects and self-generated target;
• Conduct customer meeting and sell our solutions;
• Have overall responsible for the relationship and cooperation with selected Key Customers;
• Develop relationships, the handle of offers and sales to Customers;
• Proactively “farm” our existing customers by growing relations and manage customer satisfaction;
• Manage tenders;
• Manage data in our CRM system.

Strong salespeople have very different backgrounds in our sector. You can have an educational background coming from the technical side or from the commercial business side. The right candidate has the perfect balance between a commercial mindset, a customer focused approached and a good technical understanding of complex business environments.

The right candidate has either a proven track record in a similar role with sales and/or customer service or a technical background with a strong commercial mindset and experience from business development or technical selling.

We expect that you have experience working with CRM systems, SharePoint and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Our services are highly specialized product that requires you to have good abilities to communicate and sell the value of certifications.

It’s not a condition that you have experience with certifications - most important of all is that you know your sales tools and have the ability to engage in a professional environment with a great focus to meet a variety of requirements for our products. You will of course get a thorough education in our services and will participate in courses where you learn our strategy, services and markets.

We are looking primarily for a real customer focused person who has a personal drive for sales, is outgoing and proactive. You can work independently and in a team with the other sale executives in the department. You must have positive and constructive attitude.

About you

From the candidates we expect:

• To be results-oriented and focused on achieving your goals - as well as your team’s goal;
• Minimum 5 years of experience within sales and preferably within technical sales, e.g. in either a Consultancy, Health & Safety or compliance capacity;
• High School diploma as minimum;
• Ability to work in a structured way with your customers and sales activities;
• Proactive and positive approach as well as thrive in a sales department, to be target driven;
• Constructive, solution-oriented attitude and being good at solving complex cases;
• Ability to successfully handle challenges in cooperation with others;
• Adherence to the DNV's values;
• A strong analytical and communication skills;
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing;
• A strong sales skills with a proven track record.
