About The Accelerator

About the role

Are you passionate about making cyberspace safer and ready to work with world-class information security services in a multinational environment? Join our cybersecurity Customer Delivery team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in both vulnerability management and threat intelligence. You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues across Sweden and Finland, supporting a diverse range of customers and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customers’ cyber security posture.

There is a possibility of this role being remote.

As an Exposure Management Specialist, your daily work will include:

Vulnerability Management

  • Manage and run scheduled vulnerability scans on customer infrastructures using market-leading technologies.
  • Prepare, structure, and deliver actionable vulnerability data and reports to customers, supporting them in remediation efforts.
  • Assist customers with scanning, vulnerability management, and related service issues.
  • Ensure information about vulnerabilities is communicated clearly to facilitate timely review and remediation.

Threat Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor a wide array of threat intelligence sources (news, dark/deep web, threat actor postings, etc.) to identify emerging threats.
  • Analyze findings to assess relevance for each customer and stakeholder, providing clear, structured intelligence.
  • Produce regular threat intelligence reports and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand threat actor motivations and capabilities, and communicate these insights to customers.
  • Provide recommendations to improve security controls, policies, and procedures based on intelligence and vulnerability findings.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with teams such as SOC, DFIR, Threat Hunting, XDR and others to ensure a holistic approach to exposure management in the customer delivery.
  • Present findings confidently in customer meetings, taking feedback and adapting as needed.
  • Engage openly with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting team growth.

About you

  • You have a technical background and a keen interest in both vulnerabilities and threat intelligence.
  • You understand network protocols, client-server models, and have experience with ITSM processes (including ticketing).
  • You are comfortable with Linux basics, running scripts, and troubleshooting.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally with exposure to both vulnerability management and threat intelligence.
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language skills (Finnish, Swedish, or others) are a plus.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in both independent and team settings.
  • You are comfortable presenting to customers and stakeholders, and have strong written communication skills.
  • You are eager to learn, innovate, and carve out your own niche within the team.
