About the role

Do you have a passion for sales and love to help customers to build their success? Do you want to work in a field where your sales skills are truly making the world a safer place? Join DNV Cyber!

Our company has ambitious plans to expand our cybersecurity business in the coming years. Building on our successes and strengths both in the Nordics and internationally, we aim to make a global impact in safeguarding life, property, and the environment.

To support this growth, we are seeking a Sales Manager for our IoT & Product Security Service Unit. In this business-driven role, you will be focusing on two main areas, Product Security sales, globally, and Industrial & OT sales in the Nordics. A strong understanding of the consultancy business, sales experience, and the ability to work proactively are essential. Also, involvement in service portfolio development is an important part of your role. To achieve your goals, you will get strong product security substance support from the business and sales colleagues.

Success in this role will also rely on your soft skills to navigate multiple stakeholders and your project management abilities to keep all efforts aligned. At times, you may also work with business development, so a hands-on and innovative approach is welcome. You will report directly to the Head of IoT & Product Security.

You will be based at DNV´s office in Espoo, Finland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales in the IoT & Product Security Service Unit
  • Drive and represent the Industrial & OT Service Area sales in the Nordics
  • Build client relationships and trust
  • Participate and drive the IoT & Product Security service portfolio development
  • Drive growth of the service unit through effective sales and marketing actions
  • Participate in planning and execution of marketing activities
  • Train and support internal sales stakeholders to effectively promote and sell our services
  • Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure alignment between sales and execution
  • Plan and execute go-to-market sales strategies in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other service units and areas to build a comprehensive and competitive service portfolio
  • The opportunity to take on roles such as Project Manager, Service Owner, Advisor, or Consultant in other projects if needed

Applications will be accepted through the end of August.

Please note that, due to the holiday period, we will not initiate any communication until August. However, we will begin reviewing applications as they are received and are ready to hire as soon as we find the right person—so please don’t wait until the end of August to apply. We will be available to respond to any questions until July 15th, and again after August 11th, once the manager returns.
