About the role

We're Hiring: IGA Tech Lead

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and digital identities? Do you thrive in complex technical environments and enjoy guiding teams toward impactful solutions? If so, we invite you to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team as an IGA Tech Lead.

As an IGA Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives, including pre-sales. You’ll work with a large and experienced team of professionals, helping win new business, and designing and delivering comprehensive IAM solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.

This role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on project involvement. You’ll be responsible for shaping system architecture, helping create winning bids, supporting delivery excellence, and driving continuous improvement in tools, practices, and team competence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical evaluations of IGA capabilities and vendor solutions as part of our domain strategy.
  • Design system architecture and guide implementation in IGA projects.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers to align project planning with business strategy.
  • Provide technical input for bids, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
  • Maintain and develop demo and lab environments to support solution validation.
  • Act as a coach and mentor for consultants, supporting competence development and technical growth.
  • Ensure technical decisions align with domain strategy and customer needs.
  • Share knowledge regularly across the IAM Service Unit and report on market and technology trends.

You will be based at the DNV´s office in Espoo Finland.

What We’re Looking For

  • Willingness to participate in bid teams as a technical pre-sales expert.
  • Proven experience in an IGA Architect or Tech Lead role.
  • Deep interest in cybersecurity and digital identity management.
  • Strong technical and domain expertise in IGA / IAM.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-evolving technical and commercial landscape.
  • Nice to have: previous Saviynt expertise.
