Rejoining the team, feeling at home.

I joined DNV in 1990 for about 11 years and then I left, I explored other opportunities. And then when there was an opening in 2014, I rejoined and I didn't have to think about it. I just have to come back to DNV. It's like homecoming, you know. When I came back, my colleagues that I've worked with in the past, in the 90s, they were all still here. So the culture is good. I never felt that I've left DNV at all. It just felt like it's a smooth journey. It was so warm and belonging when he says that I remembered you in the 90s. You know, I worked with you on one of the programmes. So that was very nice to be remembered. It is a very open culture. I could speak with my manager on anything, and I'm always being heard. We can bring up ideas, brainstorm together, and if it works, you'll be implemented. The thing I like about DNV is also the flexibility. I had a family situation once where my sister needed my help. I could be with her and yet still work remotely. So that was a flexibility I really enjoyed, and I think I hardly would get this kind of opportunity in other companies. I think that I will retire at DNV.
