Unique culture at DNV
Something that makes me feel great about working with DNV is its culture. The culture in itself talks about why I've stayed here for four years as such. I always also tell the interns or when I hire interns, not even freshers who are just out from college, I always tell them if DNV would be my first company, I would stay here for the next 20 years too. And we have people across the globe that have 25 years of experience only in DNV. So that in itself talks about DNV, and it keeps me motivated.
