In her current role as Project & Quality Assurance Officer, Rasika manages a variety of responsibilities, including supporting field teams and clients, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with company standards. „I like to be proactive,” Rasika says „ also, being detail orientated is essential in my role, and ensuring clear communication with colleagues is the key to great global collaboration.”

Throughout her career, she has taken advantage of the opportunities to learn and grow, including becoming a superuser, which not only meant gaining extensive experience with company systems but also maintaining regular contact with international colleagues, enriching her professional perspective and understanding of global operations.
