Rajkamal – Global Contract Manager

The Story

Turning ideas into impact 

As a Global Contract Manager, Rajkamal is responsible for reviewing customer contracts across our Energy Systems business area and supporting stakeholders with risk assessments. One of his proudest achievements so far is the Contract Highlighter Tool, which he co‑developed with his colleague.  

While reviewing contracts, Rajkamal came up with an idea on how we can make it more efficient and shared the idea with his manager. 

“Being quite new in the company, it was great to see how supportive everyone was of this idea. I was paired with a colleague who had the expertise I needed and together we created and implemented the tool within our team for contract reviews. This opportunity to contribute with my idea made me feel like I truly belong and that my voice matters,” says Rajkamal. 

The tool later won the Innovation Award 2025 for Successful Impact on Internal Efficiency - an accomplishment that reflects both innovation, teamwork and our commitment to making our people feel valued and heard.
