The most exciting part of my job is that I get to work with wonderful colleagues, be here in the most beautiful office from DNV, and also have to do with employees in and around DNV every day. The most important part of DNV is trusting. Trust at DNV is that you get the support from your leaders in whatever you do. You find empathy from your leaders and also from your colleagues. For me, the trust is also going further and growing in your role. We are always given different opportunities to train ourselves and develop in our role. They always give you the opportunity to become more visible and be present in DNV. So it is not only catering to your own team, but you also become a part in response to the collaboration, also to move ahead and also create new relationships with other people. That's the thing which I find very interesting at DNV. DNV supports my well-being in the sense that they create a work-life balance and everybody do. So DNV gives a lot of value to mental health and well-being of the employee, ultimately to invest more in their work-life balance. Working here at DNV has been an amazing experience for me, coming originally from India and then moving to Germany. So this has been eye-opening and refreshing for me to work here with so many different people from different backgrounds and nationalities.
