I'm a full stack developer, so I work with everything from what the user sees to what happens behind the scenes, which is quite interesting because you get the instant satisfaction of implementing what customers will use and also the behind the scenes magic of what happens. Every morning we have a meeting with our team, which is currently mostly in Norway, in Oslo, and in Shanghai in China. My managers are very supportive. They check up on you and they make sure you're doing all right. If you have any struggles or issues at work, they will be there to support you immediately. And in terms of the projects, they are always very caring and will check up on you and make sure you are doing all right. We have 3 core values at DNV, which are we care, we share and we dare. And I'd say the we share is very strong here at DNV because everyone seems to genuinely care about each other and will take time out of their work to properly talk with you if you have the need to do so that will help you if you're stuck in a project or work and guide you through it because there's a lot of domain-specific knowledge here. It's very important to be shared and people are generally happy to share that knowledge. So often we will go out and do something social across teams. So I'm a part of the tennis club here at DNV. We have tennis courses every spring or autumn where we play and then we also play some leagues internally in DNV. DNV is a great employer. They have great opportunities to grow, as well as working on exciting projects where you actually make a difference.
