The core of it is writing code. So that's what I enjoy the most and it's been a real journey for me. I love learning and every day is still learning for me since I had to learn new languages, programming languages. So that is really enjoyable for me. I'm very proud of Emissions Connect and the fact that it's so easy to draw parallels to the changes that we need to make, not only in maritime, but across sort of every industry to make the future more sustainable. And I feel like DNV does that in a lot of aspects and I'm just really proud to be part of that company. Since we're so big and varied in the areas that we're working in, you have competence and expertise in pretty much every field you can possibly imagine. So just by talking to someone in the canteen area or coffee area or the hallway, you can learn so much. Both of the managers that I have are very concerned with making sure that everyone knows that they're being heard. But that also goes into heads of departments and above that I would say. One thing that's really important is the friends that I made. I get to meet people I wouldn't otherwise. Connect is one of the things that made a really big difference for me in DNV. It's a great networking opportunity, first of all. There's two committees in Connect, one for sort of the more social part and one for professional competence development. Since I'm in maritime, you have your landscape and you have the canteen that's closest to you. But when you have something like Connect that invites everyone for events that appeals to as big a crowd as possible, other colleagues from, say, other side of the campus, I don't meet those people. But Connect enables us to meet and talk and connect and get to know each other. I'm actually in two house bands here at DNV Høvik. We have our own band room a little bit up here on the campus where we practice regularly and just singing has been a huge part of my life since the day I was born so getting to bring that on to my work life as well is that's very special.
