I'm Michał Gronert. I'm working as an offshore wind business lead. So I help our colleagues to provide technical advisory services within offshore wind. It's really great to have people spread around because they bring different values, different expertise and different point of view to our daily job and projects, right? So it's quite unique in our team that we have the privilege to combine this multiple cultures, multiple points of view. My favorite part of the job is definitely this possibility to create solutions and listen to the customers and trying to really understand what is the challenge, what is the technical problem. and then reaching out to more experienced colleagues and together bring the solution to the customer and bring more confidence into their projects. The company cares about employees in the sense that there is room for after-hours activities. I participate in some of the events, like sometimes we have running events or I know that some of our colleagues benefit from participating in activities like singing. The greatest opportunities to learn and grow in DNV is the exposure to multiple aspects. DNV is a great environment for people like me, in the sense that you can try various technical projects. I started with the maritime industry, then went through the oil and gas, and finally ended up on the green side of the energy business. And altogether, it creates unique perspectives. So I think that's the greatest grown and learn opportunity, the exposure to multiple aspects where DNV is involved.
