Transcript

I started in DNV 25 years ago. I was always challenged. I got the opportunity to move through different areas. I had the opportunity to become a project manager. I was very keen to do that. I was asking. I really had the opportunity to learn so much because you have to negotiate, You have to listen to different parties and to mediate. And that actually helped me all through my career. What I'm proud of always is that generally are very close to the customers. It was very enlightening to see that the customers and D&V actually do have the same goals. We want a good product and we want a safe product and we want to have it according to standard. How has DNV supported my work-life balance as well? I have a family. My kids are now 20 and 22 years old. And all the way through, I was supported by DNV. That is actually what kept me here so long. I always felt appreciated. Always. It has always been exciting. It's challenging in a good way. And DNV always supported my work-life balance. And that's why I love working for DNV.
