My day-to-day job consists of two different parts. One, I'm the team leader responsible for resource planning and for helping the colleagues in case something needs to be escalated. And then, of course, the second part is also surveying the vessels. So we go to the customer and we make sure that the ship complies with the rules and regulations applicable. So what am I most proud of? It's very simple to answer. It's my team. I mean, I have a team of several surveyors here in Germany. They are at the customer's premises almost all the time, and they really make a difference at the customers and make sure that they can deliver the vessels as planned. I always feel welcome wherever I go. And talking about the team again, They all support each other. It's quite stressful from time to time. It's depending on tight schedules of the customer, and you can always rely on the team. You can go to so many different colleagues in this company, in this building here, and you will always get a nice answer. They will always take some time to help you. Having these ships in the new building, you always have challenges that you need to solve, or you can help the customer to solve it. And it's something new every day. We have regular feedback meetings and they see the big picture, give me the opportunity to explore a bit, to focus on the items I want to do, to get involved in development of tools, of regulations, but also to travel and to gather the experience I need for my job.
