In simple terms, what my job is, I connect shipping companies with DNV. And I make sure that the relationship is fostered and it is growing. On a daily basis, I could say that I'm proud that when there is a case or there is a question that comes, that I always find the best solution possible for the customer based on the guidelines and rules that we have in DNV, but also having a flexible mindset to actually accommodate on what the customer needs. The most exciting part of my job is meeting people, and that means not just the customers, but also the colleagues themselves, because DNV is quite a big organization worldwide. So there's plenty of talented people out there, but as well also, of course, the daily conversation with the new people we meet on the customer side. At DNV, there's plenty of opportunities to actually grow and develop. Just this month, we had that Maritime Growth Week, which means in every day there's a program set to improve your skills, for example, networking and also your brand and presence. My team and manager supports me in my day-to-day role that when I have some questions or when I do seek their advice, they are there to share their expertise and also share their thoughts. DNV supports my well-being by making sure that there's flexibility in my schedule and giving us that trust to make decisions independently. With great people and talent that I get to work with every day across the world, across different regions, and that's why I love working at DNV.
