What I like the most about my job is the broad opportunities that I can see. What I appreciate a lot is that the team that I'm working with is very differentiated and we have this environment of people who come from different backgrounds. Everyone is different but I find it actually working very well together. In our team, we do listen to each other. I have a feeling that everyone's voice is heard. And we do make decisions based on not only our processes, but as well on voice of each individual, which actually helps to bring a lot of new ideas and improve our work. It is amazing to work with such a broad range of experts, as people who will guide you, who will help you, and that I would say gives a really nice vibe to our daily life. I'm working in the team, which is actually spread across Poland, but we have a very close collaboration despite the distance that is dividing us daily. So it is really nice to be able to chat with everyone on a daily basis. In DNV, I have the opportunity to work from the office as well as from my house. So this flexibility and trust that everyone shows us in this matter is very important and it's making life so much easier.
