DNV provides standards and recommended practices on how to verify performance of sails. And as DNV, our role is not to kind of give a bias in such an assessment. We want to help find the correct technology for decarbonization. It is really great that we have a lot of collaboration across teams in DNV. But also for me personally, when I started in DNV, I wanted a very technical role and I'm proud to work here because that is what I do today and I feel like I'm challenged technically every day. The DNV culture is very important, I think, to have a sense of belonging to the company. The fact that I've met so many friends through Connect and the Sports Association makes me have a community here and it's a place where I'm happy to spend my afternoons. Because there's so many activities that we can do for leisure like tennis and kayaking and swimming and barbecuing and so on. My experience is that since I started here fresh out of uni I was still given a lot of responsibility and trust in the team. I've been given opportunities that I'm grateful for travelling to conferences and holding presentations and so on. It is definitely encouraging to be given this amount of responsibility early in my career because it obviously makes me feel valued. DNV is, in my opinion, known as high quality that we deliver good services. So I definitely feel like we contributed to that reputation and continue building it.
