Jasper shares how beginning a journey at DNV and returning years later became a defining experience, shaping both career growth and core personal values.
Starting out. Building a foundation.
Jasper’s journey began in 2015 with an open application for a graduation internship. While an internship wasn’t possible, a sales manager saw potential and encouraged Jasper to stay in touch. That advice led to Jasper’s first official role and the first steps into the professional world. From day one, colleagues invested time and effort to teach, guide, and support Jasper through challenges—creating experiences that left lasting positive memories.

After gaining experience elsewhere, Jasper returned to DNV in April 2025. “It felt like coming back home,” Jasper says. „The familiar culture of collaboration, integrity, and shared purpose was still there, making it easy to reconnect and contribute immediately.”
