The work that we do, it makes asset owners and operators feel secure. And it means that they're aware of the risks that exist and that they're investing in a smart way. They're making sure that they're protecting what they actually need to protect, given the threat landscape that they're operating in and the kind of equipment and devices that they have installed. I'd say for me the most exciting work that I've done so far involved travelling offshore, so to oil and gas installations in the sea. It involves helicopter travel, so before I even left I was doing my helicopter safety course in a swimming pool, being turned upside down in a helicopter, practising escape from that, which was a lot of fun. And then once I was qualified, actually travelling out to three, four different oil and gas rigs. Since I've joined here it was quite clear to me at the start, I needed more experience. So for me, it was the ability to join projects. And that's either in a hands-on role, producing documents, helping with document review, or it's shadowing other experts. And it's very much a team atmosphere that we have where you can jump on things that you think are interesting. When working at DNV, I think you're always aware that you're a part of something bigger than yourself. We trade on trust. And so everything that you do, you're living up to that expectation. We have a culture that's very clear that you can always speak up, you can always make yourself heard. And it's a respectful culture that means that when you're engaging in discussions, that's always a positive atmosphere and a positive discussion that's being had.
