The Story

A return shaped by reflection 

Frank once stepped away from DNV, motivated by curiosity and the desire to explore new environments. Leaving brought both excitement and uncertainty, but it also gave him the chance to understand what he valued most in a workplace. Even during his time away, he often thought about the atmosphere he had left behind: the openness, the supportive teams, and the sense of genuine care that stayed with him. 

He describes his return simply: “Coming back felt right. It felt like home.”

Rejoining DNV helped Frank see the company from a new perspective. He found himself appreciating daily interactions that reflected fairness, respect, and responsibility. “I realised how much I had missed this environment,” he says.

While away, Frank developed new skills and became clearer about his long‑term goals. Bringing this experience back to DNV made his return feel purposeful. The trust placed in him, especially as a returning employee, helped him settle in quickly and begin contributing with confidence. 

“I came back with fresh ideas, and the team encouraged me to use them.”

Frank sees his return as a new beginning. With a broader perspective and a renewed sense of motivation, he is ready to embrace new challenges and support his team as they continue to grow together. He deeply values the opportunity to reconnect with meaningful work and the people who make it possible.
