Exploring new paths. Growing with support.
When I started, I didn't really know where I want to go career-wise. And then I really got the support to see many different things and to do many different tasks and many different projects. I was always heard from my managers and I was always supported to get out of my comfort zone. They had a lot of trust in me throughout the process. Even doing something for the first time, I felt like I'm allowed to make a mistake and I'm allowed to not get it perfectly done because that is the only way that I could learn and they really supported me in that and they would even like take the responsibility with me because that's the way that it goes. So from DNV's values, we care, we dare, we share. I feel like I resonate the most with we care. We care for the environment. We care for property. We care for life. We care for ourselves as well and for our own mental health. And we of course care for our colleagues and for the people that we work with. The most important thing for me about work is to like what I'm doing. We spend time at work so much, so we want to feel like we are doing something that has a value, that has a reason, and that provides something, good for the society itself. If I had to name three things, it would be, first of all, the impact of the work to the society. Secondly, it would be the fact that I see myself evolving every day through the work that I do and through the varied work that I do. And then the third thing would definitely be my colleagues and the people of DNV. So I feel like these three are the things that I love the most working in DNV.
