Elvis began his career in an AI start-up before joining DNV in 2019, the year the AI Research Centre was established. What attracted him was the opportunity to combine innovation with responsibility and develop solutions people can rely on.

“AI becomes substantive when it connects with deep domain knowledge,” he says.

From the beginning, he found an environment where innovation is guided by integrity, and where quality and trust are just as important as speed. This balance shapes how he approaches his work every day.
