Starting a new chapter

Building connections with customers

In her role, Elva meets people from many industries and learns about their day‑to‑day challenges. She enjoys listening, asking questions, and finding the right support for each customer. Over time, she has learned that successful sales work is built on trust and understanding rather than transactions.

“Every conversation teaches me something new,” she says. “Customers let you into their world, and that is a privilege.”

Growing into leadership

Taking on the role of Assistant Sales Manager pushed Elva to step outside her comfort zone. She learned to navigate complex situations, support her team, and balance many priorities at once. These experiences helped her develop confidence and a broader perspective on how Business Assurance creates value.

Supporting others

Elva enjoys helping colleagues grow and sharing what she has learned along the way. She believes in open communication and teamwork, and she often encourages new team members to be curious and ask questions.
