The Story

With a PhD in Food Technology, Danilo is an experienced professional with a passion for food safety and auditing. Based in Italy, he started as a Lead Auditor for food safety schemes, and his journey at DNV has been marked by constant growth and new opportunities.

For Danilo, the role of an auditor is more than just a job; it's a path of personal and professional development. He explains, "The auditor's life is brilliant- it's curious, dynamic, and full of opportunities to travel and explore different cultures."

His enthusiasm for the role comes from constant learning and the ability to interact with diverse industries worldwide. "You meet different needs, discover new approaches, and get to know companies across the globe. For me, that’s the beauty of being an auditor," Danilo adds.
