Based in Paris, Camelia works as a Technical Product Specialist, where she connects engineering expertise with digital innovation.

She joined DNV as an intern in the Solar team and has since grown into a senior role, working across due diligence and owner’s engineering before moving into digital product development. Today, she helps transform technical insight into practical solutions that support customers in their day-to-day work.

Solving what matters most

At the core of Camelia’s role is a clear focus: solving real challenges. “The most exciting part of my role is answering a pain point that customers struggle with,” she says.

Working closely with users, she turns complex needs into solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making, ensuring her work has a tangible impact.

Growing with people around the world

Throughout her career, Camelia has developed her expertise by working closely with colleagues across the global organisation. She has also taken part in many internal initiatives that support learning, innovation and collaboration. One of them is the Next Generation Summit, DNV’s internal innovation contest, where employees develop and share new ideas.

Another learning opportunity she seized was a Knowledge Booster assignment, where she joined another team for a short internal exchange. This gave her new insight, practical experience and a broader network.
