Observing operations, fostering connections.
I think being an auditor is a unique opportunity to observe how different companies operate, how they are managed. I look for evidences that they use in their production good manufacturing practices, including raw materials that they use, inks that they use, I look at employees and how they behave, do they use protective clothing? I think everything depends on you. If you want to do more, DNV helps you with it. There are many programs, benefits that you can use. For example, DNV co-finance postgraduate studies, which I used several years ago. DNV gives me an opportunity to travel. Almost every week I work with different people in different companies. So if you like travel, if you are well organized, DNV can be for you. I think the most important is that you like to communicate with people. People are very friendly here. I meet with them not only at work but also during my private time and I can rely on them. I'm proud of that I can be part of changes that gives our customers better results.
