I'm really proud that DNV, they dare to take on new challenges within industry, run research projects, pull together competitors even to work together to solve industry problems, not just problems for individuals, but for the whole industry, for a bigger purpose. One of the main things that DNV prides itself on, which really resonates with me, is the fact that they are a trusted voice for industry, for customers, for everyone. And I think when it comes to the sharing of information and being honest with all parties, I feel like DNV really does have that at its core. And that resonates very well with me. In my experience, it's been very easy to voice my opinions with my managers, colleagues, everyone in DNV actually. I live in the city, actually, downtown. So for me, I take the train from National to Skøyen. And then DNV has a shuttle bus which runs every 10 minutes in the morning from Skøyen to the office. It takes 15 minutes max. It has been very easy to make friends since moving here. Within DNV, they have many societies, both sports, social, professional. So it's very easy to meet like-minded people. My favourite activity has to be the kayak club, I would say. It's just so nice and convenient to have the kayaks here available to use before work, after work. I have actually used them overnight once. So you go out on a kayak trip and you camp on one of the islands just out of off the campus here and then you kayak back in the morning and then go to work. It's incredible.
