You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Build and strengthen relations with key decision makers and influencers within Energy Major Key Accounts, enabling deep understanding and foresight of their needs and building a foundation with a focus on strategic long-term engagement.
  • Provide advice and services to clients on reduction of GHG emissions for new and existing ships, including energy efficiency improvements, innovative technologies, operational measures, and alternative fuels.
  • Drive customer-centric account plans with impactful strategy, goals, and actions that ultimately lead to identifying and securing new business, retaining existing business, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to our mission of safety and sustainability.

About you

What Is Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marine engineering, naval architecture, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferred experience with Cargo Owners, Energy Majors, Charterers
  • Knowledge and understanding of Energy Markets and Dynamics, including seaborne trade
  • Knowledge of classification and statutory requirements and regulatory regimes is desired
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support DNV's operations
  • We conduct a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
