About the role

We are seeking Graduates to join our team in 2025!

In our business area, Maritime, we are developing a rich and varied portfolio of applications that are deployed worldwide to more than 10 000 users in over 100 countries.

Right now, the Maritime industry needs to reduce the CO2 emissions from international shipping. DNV is a key player to help the industry reach these goals.

We strongly believe that our digitalization initiatives provided by our unit are important measures in reaching these necessary goals the coming years. We constantly innovate to make the most of data and technology.

Our core business is to ensure that ships are correctly designed, built, and operated.

The combined solution of our ~300 applications support all aspects of the business for both our customers and internal users - and are delivered continuously several times per week.

We deliver modern business-to-business services both on-prem and in the cloud on a .NET/web-based technology stack using best practice agile methods. Together with our data science team we are regarded a key player in taking DNV’s business into the future.

DNV is now looking for graduates who are ready to join us from August 2025.

What to expect as a Software Developer, Data Scientist or UX Graduate in Maritime Digital Development?

  • You will take part in real problem solving finding attractive solutions for thousands of customers worldwide
  • You will join a dedicated development team working close with customers, domain experts, developers, UX designers, architects, data scientists/AI Experts and testers
  • You will join a Graduate on-boarding program building relevant technology competence, e.g. Microsoft University Learning courses
  • You will have your own mentor
  • You will join networks like DNV Connect and DNV IT Graduates

Who are we looking for?

We are interested in hearing from you who finalize your degree in spring 2025 and have specialized within one of the following areas:

  • Software Development
  • UX/UI, Visual Designer
  • Data Scientist

Further we’re looking for you who are:
