DNV Maritime Advisory is launching a new trainee programme designed to develop the next generation of maritime experts and consultants.

Our experts support customers in areas such as:

  • Decarbonization and future fuels
  • Digitalization and AI
  • Safety and risk management
  • Operational performance
  • Fleet strategy and investments
  • Maritime innovation and transformation

About the programme:

Over a two-year period you will:

  • Join one of two specialised paths; either Technical Advisory or Maritime Consulting
  • Participate in a structured development programme
  • Complete three rotations across Maritime Advisory and related business units
  • Gain exposure to the entire maritime value chain
  • Work on real customer projects from day one
  • Receive mentoring from experienced colleagues
  • Build a strong professional network across DNV and the maritime industry
  • Develop both technical and business capabilities
