About the role

In DNV Maritime we are developing a rich and varied portfolio of applications that are deployed world-wide to more than 3000 users in over 100 countries. When you join us as anERP Functional Consultant - DNV Maritime, you’ll work on specialized ERP modules supporting our commercial and finance processes. You'll contribute to process improvement, collaborate with internal teams, and drive our digital transformation journey. Working in a supportive, dynamic environment, you’ll help configure and maintain DNV’s commercial ERP solutions using Oracle eBusiness Suite and other cloud-based tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions within our ERP system to support business goals.
  • Drive efficient configuration aligned with best practices.
  • Work closely with the development team to improve Quote-to-Contract and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Provide ERP support across DNV Maritime and coordinate with global partners.

The position will be based in our head office in Norway (Høvik) or in one of our satellite units in Poland (Gdynia) or Pune (India). Depending on the location local benefits will apply.

About you

Your Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in ERP consulting.
  • Cloud Solutions: Knowledge or interest in cloud-based finance and commercial solutions is valuable.
  • Learning Attitude: Eager to learn our systems and business model.
  • Focus on Finance & Commercial Processes: Interested in specializing in these areas.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Able to anticipate challenges and suggest solutions.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Adaptability: Open to new challenges and change.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Self-Driven & Structured: Comfortable working independently and managing tasks.

    Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems: Familiarity with Oracle eBusiness Suite (OeBS) and its Service Request and Service Contract modules is a plus but not required.
  • Language: Proficiency in Norwegian is a bonus
