Enterprise Architecture, Data and Security is a global unit within GSS IT, responsible for enterprise architecture, data and analytics, integrations, automation, and IT security governance. As part of the ongoing Data and Analytics Transformation, the organization is moving from a legacy Business Intelligence Competency Centre (BICC) model to a federated, dual enablement model from January 2026.
Two Data and Analytics sections have been established as part of this model: Enterprise Data Enablement, focusing on enterprise data domains and corporate reporting, and Business Data Enablement, focusing on business-domain and production data platforms in close collaboration with the Business Areas.
The Enterprise Data Enablement unit has been established to deliver trusted and scalable enterprise data capabilities, including corporate reporting, analytics, and self-service, with emphasis on enterprise data domains such as Finance, People, and Customer/CRM.
