As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own the development and communication of value propositions for our cutting-edge technical products, aimed at empowering a global audience of engineering professionals. Working closely with product management, sales, and go-to-market teams, you’ll ensure product messaging aligns with capabilities and customer needs.

In this hands-on role, you’ll conduct market research, refine product positioning, enable our commercial team and craft narratives that highlight the transformative power of data in renewable energy. Your work will directly support go-to-market strategies, campaign messaging, and sales enablement, playing a critical part in driving cultural alignment across the organization. By shaping how our solutions are positioned, you’ll help accelerate the transition to a reliable, solar-powered grid while setting the stage for your career growth within a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and Develop Value Propositions: Craft compelling value propositions for our technical B2B SaaS and data products, ensuring they align with customer needs and highlight the transformative potential of our solutions.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product management, sales, engineering, and GTM teams to align messaging with product capabilities, foster organizational buy-in, and drive a cohesive product narrative.

Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor positioning to refine messaging and maintain a competitive edge in reaching technical engineering audiences.

Create Tailored Messaging: Develop targeted narratives for API and modeling platform products, emphasizing the power of data in enabling smarter solar and renewable energy decisions.

Support Go-To-Market Strategies: Collaborate on campaign messaging, content creation, and sales enablement to drive successful product launches and ongoing adoption.

Build Data-Driven Product Narratives: Develop and communicate narratives that resonate with technical engineering professionals, showcasing how our solutions contribute to the energy transition.

Participate in Cross-Organizational Initiatives: Engage in company-wide projects to align product positioning with broader business goals and ensure strategic coherence.

Drive Cultural Alignment: Act as a champion for product narratives, fostering a shared understanding of value propositions across diverse teams and stakeholders.

About you

To thrive and succeed, we expect you to bring:

  • Education:
    • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or communications, or equivalent relevant experience is required. A master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, proposition development, product management, or similar roles with a focus on technical products.
    • Demonstrated expertise in translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging for a technical audience, particularly engineers.
    • Proven ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and develop positioning strategies for B2B SaaS or data-driven products.
  • Certifications:
    • Relevant certifications in product marketing or revenue architecture (e.g., Product Marketing Association, Winning By Design) are advantageous.
  • Language Capabilities:
    • Proficiency in English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is a bonus, particularly for global collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications (optional but advantageous)

  • Experience in Renewable Energy or Sustainability: Familiarity with the energy industry, particularly solar or renewable energy, and an understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
  • Expertise with Data Products or API-Driven Solutions: Knowledge of marketing and positioning technical solutions, such as data modeling platforms or API-based tools, is highly valued.
  • Proven Track Record with Technical B2B Audiences: Experience in developing narratives and value propositions specifically tailored for engineering professionals or other technical stakeholders.
  • SaaS Product Experience: Hands-on experience with B2B SaaS platforms, particularly in scaling adoption and enhancing value propositions for diverse markets.
  • Advanced Marketing Skills: Certifications or advanced skills in analytics, content marketing, or digital campaign management.
